ATS Reliance Technical Group is currently hiring for the position of RECRUITER in our Toronto, Cambridge, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver offices.  

 

Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for client job requirements using our advanced applicant retrieval system, Internet advertising as well as headhunting and referrals.
  • Identify and implement recruiting strategy and methodology relevant to current vacancies
  • Facilitate the recruiting process including first interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates, skill assessments, reference checking and acting as a liaison with the sales team.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the market sector particular to clients recruiting needs and insure competitiveness in recruiting and hiring.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Must be computer literate and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Superior communication skills including both written and oral, as well as excellence in conducting personnel interviews and telephone recruiting.
  • Excellence in relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment and can multi-task when needed.
  • Industry experience is a definite asset.
